Who We Are
AccessCo opens doors for students who may not otherwise meet the leaders shaping workplaces and communities. We create intentional, student-led experiences that help young people build confidence, discover pathways, and see new possibilities for their future.
How We Work
Our work is grounded in three commitments: leaders show up with intention (Time), students uncover who they are and who they can become (Talent), and wisdom is shared freely to elevate the next generation (Treasure).
AccessCo programs are delivered virtually, making it easy for students and leaders to connect from anywhere.
